College World Series Select Training – Grads 2018-2022

Important Event Info:

  • • Players traveling alone will be greeted by Softball Factory staff at baggage claim
  • • Players are fully supervised 24 hours a day
  • • Players will be roomed with other players attending the event at Oklahoma City University
  • • Players will eat three meals a day throughout the duration of the event and will be provided with ground transportation
  • • Players will have full access to water & Gatorade throughout the event
  • • Players will receive an Under Armour jersey, socks & headband
  • • Players will attend a Women’s College World Series doubleheader on Saturday night (Parents interested in purchasing a ticket should contact Lea Ann Jarvis at, Game date and details will be listed soon!
  • • No spending money needed, but players may bring money for souvenirs at the WCWS
  • • Players will receive online access to Softball Factory’s Recruiting, Education and Development (R.E.D.) Manual
  • • Players receive a detailed player info pack upon registration
  • • Parents and guests are responsible for providing their own reservation, meals and transportation.

About Lea Ann Jarvis:

Lea Ann is the current Senior Director of Softball Factory. Lea Ann won two World Titles on the USA National Team in 1986 and 1990. She coached at the Division I level for 17 years and was a two-time NCAA All-American while playing for Louisiana Tech.

    The Softball Factory College World Series Select Training for high-school athletes, grad years 2018 through 2022, gives you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with the best coaches in the nation, in the midst of the Women’s NCAA College World Series! Our top-notch staff will work with each and every player to help them maximize their potential and raise their game to a new level. You will see see first-hand what it takes to play at the next level when you attend WCWS games!

Attend the Women’s College World Series

  • • You have the opportunity to attend the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City, OK. See the best players in college softball in front of thousands of fans. Softball Factory players will attend a doubleheader on Saturday night.

Train at a top-notch facility at one of the top NAIA Programs

  • • Play on one of the best college fields in the country! All training will take place at Ann Lacy Stadium, home of the Oklahoma City University Stars.

Three days of training with our professional staff

  • •Our professional coaching staff has previously included: Senior Director of Softball Factory, Lee Ann Jarvis. Lee Ann is regarded as one of the best catchers to ever grace the softball diamond; she won two World Championships on the USA National Team in 1986 and 1990.
  • CJ Browder: CJ is Softball Factory’s Scouting and Operations Coordinator. CJ graduated from Covington High School in Covington, TN in 2010. She was a four-year Varsity Shortstop, receiving All-State honors in 2009 & 2010. She then attended Northwest Florida State College before transferring to University of South Carolina Beaufort for her third year. In her first year at USCB, she led the team in numerous offensive categories including batting average, home runs, RBI’s and runs scored. She received the Sun Conference Player of the Year Award, 1st Team All-Conference, NAIA All American, NFCA All American and NFCA 1st Team All Region. CJ finished her playing career at Reinhardt University. Again, CJ led the team in many offensive categories leading them to a Conference Championship and a 3rd place finish at the NAIA World Series. CJ was a 1st Team All-Conference recipient, AAC All-Tournament Team, and made the World Series Tournament team. She has been working for the Softball Factory for over two years.
  • • There will be a focus on pre-college preparation of team fundamentals.
  • • One-on-one and small group training will focus on improving each player’s confidence.

Translate your skills from practice into live game situations

  • • You will participate in scrimmages against other advanced level competition.
  • • Our coaches will make adjustments based on observations they make during live game play.
  • • Make changes to your mechanics now to help you find greater success during your season, when games really count.
