Your Path to Greatness Starts Here

Only one event gives you the chance to make your mark on the field as a Softball Factory Pre-Season All-American. Players are handpicked from around the nation to compete in this prestigious event, and are put onto teams based on their region.  Teams will then compete in two days of intense competition.

In addition to competing against top talent from across the country, Softball Factory Pre-Season All-Americans receive:

  • PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION & GUIDANCE: Before the tournament, Softball Factory scouts will offer training tips to make sure you’re ready for competition. During the event our scouts will work with players one-on-one and in small groups so we can evaluate your talent and write a thorough evaluation.
  • A JUMPSTART ON YOUR SPRING SEASON: Playing against this level of competition will help sharpen your game and get you ready for Spring.

Event Staff has Included:

  • AJ Hamilton: Coach Hamilton is currently an outfielder and catcher for the USA Women’s National Baseball Team. She spent her college softball career with the Georgia Southern Eagles and started all 57 games for her team during her four-year college career, giving her 227 games played total, which has her tied for seventh all-time for career games played. Her 24 career home runs also have her in the school’s record books as Hamilton left ranked seventh all-time in program history in that category as well.
  • Nicki Trumpler: Coach Trumpler played for Mount St. Mary’s University from 1995-1999 where she was a two sport Division I athlete. As a four year starter at first base, Nicki helped rebuild the program and helped the Mountaineers advance to the conference championship her senior year. She led the Mount in various offensive and defensive categories and received All-Northeast Conference honors her senior season. She also was named Northeast Conference scholar athlete of the year that same season. Nicki was recently inducted into the MSM Hall of Fame for her impact while an athlete there.
