Athletic Skills – Home to 1B, 5-10-5 Shuttle, Grip Strength, Broad Jump, Throwing Velocity, Exit Velocity
Five-Tool Skills – Hitting, Power, Fielding, Pitching Metrics (Control, Delivery, Arm Action), Catching Metrics (Receiving, Blocking, Pop Time)
For 23 years, our Factory-Certified evaluations have been the Gold Standard in the industry and heavily relied upon by parents and players alike. Within 72 hours of the event, players receive an honest, unbiased evaluation which both helps them improve as a player and see where they stand nationwide amongst their peers.

Following the National Tryout, if selected you will train and compete in a first-class experience in locations like Oklahoma City, Home of the Women’s College World Series; to Vero Beach, former home to the Los Angeles Dodgers that built one of the best softball complexes in the country; to Softball Factory Headquarters in Maryland. These events are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities!
Players and parents will take part in a College Recruiting Seminar where they will learn the do’s and don’ts of the college recruiting process, along with detailed steps they need to take in order to play softball at the next level. With our experienced staff of former college coaches and former college players, we can answer the questions you have regarding the recruiting process.
Players have the opportunity to be seen in front of Softball Factory scouts and coaches, comprised of former college players and coaches. These past college players and coaches are tapped into the current college coach network, helping to provide a blueprint and prescription to direct college coach exposure.
You will be provided a unique log in to Softball Factory’s Member Section where you can view and edit your background information, academic profile and see a history of your events.

You will be assigned to a Player Development Coordinator who is available to answer questions on the recruiting process. Our coordinators can provide guidance to maximize your potential. Allow our 23 years of experience to be a trusted resource for your family.
All players from the event will be submitted to the USA Junior National Team selection committee for future consideration. The USA selection committee will monitor all Softball Factory players and their development as they create their roster for the National Team. Softball Factory is The Official Scouting Partner for USA.
